Deleting your account
How to delete your Durak Peak account, exactly what is removed, and what is kept.
You can delete your Durak Peak account and its data at any time. Nothing has to go through us for it to happen, and nothing is held back to make you reconsider.
In the app
- Open Profile.
- Open Settings.
- Choose Delete account, and confirm.
The account is deleted immediately. There is no waiting period and no reactivation window — once it is gone, it is gone.
By email
If you cannot open the app, email support@pixhelm.com from the address your account is signed in with, or with your nickname and the approximate date you created it. We will confirm the deletion by reply, normally within 30 days and usually much sooner.
What is deleted
- Your profile: nickname, avatar and account identifiers.
- Your email address, if you signed in with Google or Apple.
- Your online match history and statistics.
- Your leaderboard entries.
- Your coin balance and its transaction ledger.
- Your friends list and any pending invites.
- Your chat messages and reactions.
- Your push notification token.
What is not deleted
Offline data on your device. Bot matches and local settings never left your phone. Uninstalling the app removes them.
Records we are legally required to keep. Purchase records are retained where tax or accounting law requires it. They are separated from your profile, so they no longer identify you as a player.
Aggregate statistics. Counts that no longer identify anybody — how many matches were played on a given day, for instance — remain. Your individual rows are not part of them.
Purchases
Deleting your account does not refund purchases, and it does not carry them to a new account. Coins and the ad-free purchase are tied to the account that bought them.
If you plan to come back, consider signing out instead of deleting.
Starting again
hing stops you creating a new account afterwards. It starts from zero: no rank, no coins, no history. Nothing from the deleted account can be restored to it, by you or by us.
