Terms of service

01Who may use it

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent where you live, whichever is higher. If you are under 18, use the app only with the agreement of a parent or guardian.

02Your account

You may play as a guest, or sign in with Google or Apple. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping access to it secure.

One account per person. Do not share it, sell it, buy one, or use somebody else's.

03How to behave at a table

Durak Peak seats you with real people. The following are not allowed:

• harassment, threats, hate speech or obscene language, in chat, in reactions or in your nickname;
• impersonating another player, Pixhelm, or anyone else;
• colluding with other players to fix the outcome of a staked table;
• using a modified client, an automated player, or any tool that reads or alters game state;
• attempting to disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the service.

Cheating inside a tricky table is part of the game and is not covered by this clause — that is what the challenge system is for. Everything above is about the software and the people, not the cards.

We may warn, suspend or permanently remove an account that breaks these rules. Where a decision is automated and affects you significantly, you can ask us to review it by emailing support@pixhelm.com.

04Coins and in-app purchases

Coins are a virtual in-game balance, licensed to you for use inside Durak Peak. They are not money, not a payment instrument, and not property. They cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another player, or withdrawn, and they have no value outside the game.

Staked tables use coins only. Free tables are always available. Nothing in the app can be bought or won with real currency other than the coin packs and the ad-free purchase.

Purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play under their terms. Refunds are handled by the store, not by us — Apple and Google decide them under their own policies. If a purchase does not appear in your balance, email support@pixhelm.com with the store receipt and we will fix it.

We may change coin prices, rewards and the daily amounts at any time. Coins already in your balance are not taken away by such a change.

05Advertising

The app shows ads between matches, and optional rewarded ads you choose to watch. A one-off purchase removes the between-match ads. Ads come from third-party networks; we do not control their content, and their own terms and privacy policies apply to what they collect. See the privacy policy.

06Fair play and the server

Every move in an online match is validated and settled on our servers. A result recorded there is the result of the match, including where a client disagrees with it. We may correct balances, results and ladder positions affected by a defect or by abuse.

07Availability

We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it, including online play, with reasonable notice where it is practical to give notice.

If the service is discontinued permanently, unspent coins expire with it. They cannot be refunded, because they were never money.

08Your content

Chat messages, your nickname and your avatar choice remain yours. You grant us the licence needed to transmit and display them to the other players at your table, and to review them where they are reported.

09Our content

The app, its code, its artwork, its card art, its sounds and the Durak Peak name belong to Pixhelm. Durak itself is a traditional game and belongs to nobody. You may not copy, redistribute or create derivative works from our app or its assets without permission.

10Liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost coins, or for lost match results. This does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

11Ending it

You can stop using the app at any time and delete your account from Profile → Settings → Delete account. We may terminate or suspend access where these terms are broken.

12Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are reflected in the "last updated" date above and, where it matters, notified in the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.

13Law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Azerbaijan, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection you have where you live.
